Eligibility for Returns
- Return is processed within thirty (30) days from the date the product was delivered.
- All products are unused and in original packaging with a valid proof of purchase from WonderFoldCanada.com
- Tags, manuals and labels are still attached.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return request, please email customerservice@jenopher.com and include your order # and the reason(s) for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions and a return shipping label. You will need to print the label, attach it to the original product box(es), and drop the package off at an authorized UPS location.
NOTE: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellation
While we strive to respond to requests as quickly as possible, we are unable to process cancellations once a shipping label has been created. You may return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy above.
Terms and Conditions
Refund Processing Time: It may take up to 4 weeks for us to inspect the returned item and process your refund to the original form of payment.
Restocking Fees: If returned merchandise is found to have been used, is damaged, is improperly packaged (you will be provided proper packaging instructions), does not match your original purchase or otherwise fails to meet our return requirements as outlined above, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% or – if inspected and found to be in unsellable condition - will be returned to you (plus additional return shipping charges).
Exchanges: Merchandise may be permitted, subject to approval by our Customer Care Team. Please contact us at customerservice@jenopher.com if you are interested in an exchange.
Return Deadline: All returns must be shipped within 15 calendar days from receiving the return label.
Unacceptable Returns: Returns with intentional damage or not in compliance with our policy will not be refunded, including unauthorized returns.
Promotional Price Guarantee
If you purchase a product directly from us and that product is both in-stock and available at a lower price on our website during a promotional sales event except for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Day (within 14 days of your original purchase date), we will send you a gift card for the value of the price difference.
